Easy To Cook Nasi Goreng Kampung Every Malaysian Should Know

Nowadays, many food company out there released their own sauce or paste for Malaysia's routine Nasi Goreng Kampung. But as normal as it can be, Nasi Goreng Kampung does not need fancy ingredients at all. It is as easy as blend some basic ingredients together, throw everything together then mix it up with rice onto hot pan/ wok and done. But here is the recipe for noob chef out there provided by Ili Sulaiman from AFC;

A. Blend these for about three seconds:
- 4 shallots/ red onions
- 4 garlic cloves
- 8 small chilies
- 150g dried anchovy

B. Prepare chopped/ shred some vegetables + salt

C: 2 cups of rice from last night leftover

D: Add four to six tablespoon of cooking oil in a wok/ pan, medium heat. Now start adding all of blended mix paste from (A) until caramelized, add in your vegetables from (B), let everything on one side of the pan. Crack an egg onto the other side of the pan, scramble the egg and fold and mix your ingredients together. Then it goes crumbled leftover rice from (C) into the wok, don't forget a pinch or maybe half teaspoon of salt stir fry until it become crispy but not overly cook. It should resemble the look and aroma of Nasi Goreng Kampung
